IT is aware of ongoing internet issues at the Oakwood location, as well as access to shared files and drives being unavailable.  At this time, the estimated time of restoration is end of business today.  We apologize for this inconvenience and are working diligently to restore operations.

Please be advised that due to time off and shortage of staff in both IT & Maintenance Depts. Tickets may be delayed in resolve or attention. We ask that you be mindful of this as we are working to get resolve as soon as possible for everyone.

Do not put calls on hold. Calls left on hold will not connect properly once taken off hold. If you need to walk away from the phone, mute the call or transfer it.


As of recently we have received a HIGH Volume of False Emails. These are phishing emails. IT is doing their best to get these to stop. As always be extremely careful to match on the FROM: line of every email you receive. That the NAME matches with the SENDERS REAL EMAIL ADDRESS. Thank You for being vigilant at this time.
