Frequently Asked Question

Open your windows start menu, and search for “NK2Edit.exe” The icon should appear like below.

Open it.

Once it opens, you should see a list of people you have emailed before.

In the top left corner of the program, click on “File”.

Then, click on “Save As…” Save the file to your desktop, or another place you can easily find it.

That’s it!! You will need this file once we move to our new email service. Please leave the file and wait for further communication from IT.
