How to sign in to MY ONEDRIVE

Once you sign into your computer, open the start menu in the bottom left corner and search for “Onedrive” and open it.

Next, it will ask for your email address. Please enter your full FCS email address.( Ex. jsmith@fcsserves.org )

If you see the following screen, be sure to select Work or School account. Follow any additional prompts to sign in.

It will then open a new window. Finish signing into Office with your current FCS password, the same one used to sign into your computer. (NOT the Family$44266$ password)

Click “Next” through the next page. This page shows where your OneDrive folder is located.

Select All 3 options to backup with One Drive. This should just be your Documents, Pictures, and Desktop. Click “Start Backup.”

The following 3 pages will just inform you about OneDrive. Click “Next” through them.

You’re all done! You can drop files into your One Drive folder if you want them backed up. If anything happens to your computer, the backed up files won’t be lost.
