Let's take an overall glance at all of the current help topics available to us, shall we?
Access Issues - Choose this help topic if you can't access the server, can't access network folders such as Program Managers drive, can no longer access your F&CS e-mail, etc.
Active Employee Move Request - Choose this help topic if you have a current employee who is moving to another location, office or changing roles, etc.
Carelogic Issues - Choose this help topic if you cannot access/login to Carelogic/Qualifacts, have errors when using Carelogic, etc.
Computer Issues - Choose this help topic if your computer is having problems. i.e. computer shutsdown without warning, computer wont turn on, computer sounds like a rocketship/loud noises, etc.
Internet Issues - Choose this help topic if you are having internet issues. i.e. You can't access the internet, every webpage loads "Invalid Certificate", etc. We created this help topic separately from access issues to have a narrowed down internet category.
Media Request - Choose this help topic if you need to request something about your program be added to the monthly newsletter, need a banner created for an event, etc. Anything media related goes here!
New Employee Access Request - Choose this help topic if you need to have a new employee access setup for a server, network folders, remote login, etc.
Other/Misc. Issues - If none of your problem(s)/issue(s) are covered in the other help topics then choose this help topic.
Phone/Fax Issues - Choose this help topic if you are experience phone or fax machine issues. i.e. phone rings straight to voicemail, phone no longer works, can't receive faxes, etc.
Printer Issues - Choose this help topic if you can no longer print to your usual printer, the printer is malfunctioning, printer shows offline when it is on and connected, etc.
Property Maintenance - Choose this help topic if it even remotely relates to the maintenance of your property. i.e. need a new door, new doorknob, wiring/electrical repair/addition, sink is dripping or leaking, etc.
Purchase Request - If you or your program needs to purchase additional equipment then choose this help topic!
